Sweet Potato Bread

Ingredients:
- Sweet potatoes, peeled, 2 ea
- 2 Tbsp. low-calorie margarine
- 3 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 tsp. Nutmeg
- 1.5 tsp Allspice
- .25 tsp Salt
- 5 Tbsp. Flour
- 1 cup Egg subsitute
Directions:
- Boil the sweet potatoes until soft and mash thoroughly. Stir in the margarine.
- Heat the oven to 425 degrees F. Add all ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- Pour the batter into a nonstick loaf pan and bake for 30 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
